Answer richtextKimi’s Bakehouse is an exclusively online, licensed home-based bakery in Calgary, Alberta in Canada. We do not have a storefront.

Place your order online through midnight Wednesday (or until sold out) for delivery or pick-up on Friday and Saturday. Any orders placed after this deadline will be ready for the following weekend.

We have two types of cookie boxes to choose from:

Custom dozens include two flavours of your choice for $25/dozen. If you'd like additional custom boxes, select your next two flavours and add to cart.

Assorted dozens include all of our featured flavours in one sweet box for $30/dozen. Please note that assortments are pre-set and substitutions are not permitted.

All sales are final with no refunds or returns. Due to production limitations, we cannot cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

We take orders on a weekly basis through midnight Wednesday (or until sold out) for delivery or pick-up on Friday and Saturday. Any orders placed after the deadline has passed will be ready for the following weekend. Order dates are advertised when placing your order. Please review these dates carefully to ensure you receive your cookies for when you want them.

Delivery in Calgary: You can expect your order to be delivered on either Friday or Saturday between 9:00am-7:00pm. The day before your order is expected to arrive, you will receive an email notification with a 2 hour window in which your cookie order will be delivered.

Pick-up in commercial kitchen: You will receive an email notification as a reminder to pick-up your cookie order during your selected pick-up date and time.

Pick-up in our commercial kitchen at 7920 42 Street SE, Unit 140 Calgary AB, T2C 2T5 every Fridays 6:00 PM to and Saturdays from 11:00-3:00 PM.

Butter, vegetable shortening, brown sugar, refined sugar, eggs, wheat flour, cocoa powder, various spices, chocolate, nuts, essences, leavening powders, dairy, dehydrated fruits, salt.
